For a city folk like me, the chance of staying in one of this unit is priceless, what’s more after learning that the room structure is original and a century old. Once I entered the room, it feels like I set foot in a museum. The sight of the old frniture, high nipah-tatched roof and the smell of the natural timber, reminiscent of bygone era. I read a comment on Trip Advisor that the air con is not cooling enough during the day. Well, to me such minor discomfort only adds character to the place. I get to feel how its like living in a time where air conditioning is non-existence. Anyway, the room came equipped with ceiling fans and you just need to open the window for ventilation
